Fixed Crossover Ladder
The Fixed Crossover Ladder will get the most use from a minimum amount of floor space, crossovers provide safe, convenient access over conveyors, assembly lines, piping or other obstructions.
The comfortable 48° stair slope allows worker to descend facing outward. Any combination of 6 stair heights and 5 bridge lengths is available in 3 standard widths to satisfy most requirements.
Custom sizes and configurations are also available.
Fixed Crossover Ladder Features:
- Supplied in three pieces: two stair sections and one bridge
- Structural frame and rails are heavy 1¼” schedule 40 pipe
- Standard step and bridge tread: expanded metal or serrated grating
[Optional solid steel tread with abrasive mat on bridge is available to avoid debris falling onto conveyors] - Full rails, midrails and toeboards
- Stair sections have 10″ step spacing with 9″ of horizontal run per step
- Each stair section has four legs with large, pre-drilled plates to bolt to floor
- Standard finish is gray enamel
- Rated capacity 600 lbs. Maximum use of limited floor space while complying to OSHA requirements
